As anticipated, at 8:00 h we were at the reception to start the tour. The guide took us to another hotel to wait for a couple. 20 min waiting and he came back. We went to another hotel to take another couple. This time we wait for 40 min until they arrived. This is unacceptable. the rest was ok.

In spite the agency was the same that did grand palace, this time the guide was better. The tour fantastic

the grand palace is one of the most outstanding places i ever was among more than 30 countries already known. Its a shame that our tour guide, besides very few explanations, was leaving behind a big part of the palace untouched. I saw it and warned him Id like to go there to take photos. very poor english, very bad professionalism, but please dont miss grand palace

same problem of the historical tour. two agencies contacting to make the tour in two different pick up times. The tour was great, except for the mandatory shop stop typical of some countries

some sort of stress, because a non english spoken driver picked us up and got to the place. Then a girl came later with the tickets. the show is awesome
