San Fran is a great place and although th etour was ok for a first timer there are far better choices. There is a hop on hop off bus that takes the same route but allows you to get off and take photo's more often. When the bus tour was finished they just took you back to the bus stop and pointed you in the direction of the ferry (10 min walk) so you could make your own way there and then there was no guided tour, it was the free audio tour you get anyway and are left to your own devices. So I wouldn't recommend it but rather go on-line or book the individual bits when you are there. Nothing wrong as such with the tour but it could have been better.

Just amazing. There are 3 trains that leave and we were booked on the earliest, this only gave us 2.5 hours walking around Machu Picchu but to be honest it was all that was needed. I only had a day free and this was just a great way to do it.

This is in fact 2 trips that they combine into 1 and I spent 3.5 hours of the day waiting on a bus doing 2 lots of hotel pick ups and drop offs. You can turn up and buy these tickets yourself and you would have much more time to have a look around.
