Very good. The tour content was good and the guide was knowledgable and informative. The only disappointing thing was that we arrived at Buckingham Palace too late to see the changing of the guard as there were thousands of people there before us. Otherwise this tour was well worth doing.

The guide for this tour was excellent. He was dressed as a proper English gentleman complete with hat and umbrella. Also very knowledgable and able to respond to any questions. Also gave time to absorb what we were being shown or explained. The guide-book given was also good with clear pictures of how parts of the city were and as those same parts are now. Very good tour.

This was for tickets only but it was nice to avoid the long lines of people waiting for entry. The Beefeater guides for touring the Tower are very entertaining but the hour allowed does not cover all the Tower parts.

Tour was average as we started late, there was confusion as to which guide would take each group of tourists. The guide we had was very knowledgable and showed us what he considered the more important exhibits within the time allowed for the tour. The museum is far too expansive to be covered in one tour.

The tour guide was excellent being very affable, patient and kept us all very informed. Also able to handle a crisis of one person being lost whilst not allowing this to impact on the other tour group member's enjoyment. we left the tour very impressed with the tour

It was good to avoid the long lines waiting entry for this Paris icon. The tour guide was informative and the views from the Tower were great. It was much better to have a guide to do this tour as the masses of people at this attraction made it difficult to move around.
