we missed the start of the tour as the instructions where not quite clear then the person at the booth was not helpful we made our own way to plck up the tour at murano where we finish the tour

our flight was 7 hours late so we arrived in the dark but the guy on the boat was most helpful and it was very exciting arriving in the dark .
