The tour started of good utill it was time to leave Salzburg. The tour leadrer was not very good at comunicating was to old and could not be heard outside of the bus. The bus left without us and we had to find our way from Salzburg to Munich. we had paid for the trip to the lake on the bus. i still do not understand what happened i think the tour leader changed the time of leaving when we where not with the group. she should have announced it on the bus. I was out of pocket. My rating 1 star

Excellent place to visit very good tour leader called Ana. Lots of knowledge, very friendly, I would go on any other tour she was taking.

The places we visited where great. The tour leader a dissapointment and should retire. had i known at this stage she would be on the tour we booked to Salzburg i would have cancelled it.
