Excellent overview and intro to DC. All the most important monuments viewed under the drama of nightlight. Air conditioned bus a MUST in the August heat, even at night - felt sorry for open air trolley tours near us. Informative guide answered our Q's too. Loved getting off to see and photograph main monuments. Main glitch was being stuck at Capitol for 30 mins because driver was pulled over for routine check by some government agency. Bus was clean. Bottled ice water was provided and bathrooms pointed out. My family loved sharing this night together, even the two who live and work in DC. Spring for the high cost. The memories are well worth the money!
