Our tour guide Tony was good and very animated - seems to truly love his job. The big disappointment was that we did not get to see the Memorial as a storm came up quickly and everyone scattered to get shelter and we were not able to locate the guide again.

Nice to see both areas but over riding and negative was the pressure to purchase lace and glass at the end of each short demonstration. This happens all too often on tours and I resent it! Our guide, Christina, was great - very energetic and eager to share her general knowledge of Venice.

We would highly recommend this tour! Could not have been better! This was a great way to see the highlights of Milan in a short period of time. Our guide Frida and our driver Domenican were excellent and added to our experience.

Pros: The sites are beautiful and interesting and a full day could easily be spent exploring each place. Cons: This was suppose to be an tour in English but was done in both English and Italian. Our guide's English left a lot to be desired. None of us English speaking people could understand anything she said over the PA system on the bus and she became annoyed when we brought it to her attention and just started catering more to the Italians.
Her inability to communicate information and her attitude really ruined this experience for me and my family.

All went very smoothly with this transfer. Lovely driver was waiting for us when we arrived and prmptly took us to the city in a new model Mercedes. Very convenient service.

Not for me. You do over a lot of ground if you don't mind being on and off a crowded bus and then being herded around like cattle. Marken and Zaanse Schans stops only serve to try to sell tourists (you) cheese and wooden shoes. In Volendam they just drop you off and tell you what time to meet up for the ferry.

May be great if you only have a limited amount of time in Paris. It makes for a very tiring evening. On the bus off the bus, up the tower down the tower on the boat off the boat and then it is back on the bus again for more sightseeing. If you have several days you can do these things at your own pace.
Our guide, Eduardo (Not French) was very frazzled and impatient with the double-decker bus load of tourists on the evening that we did the tour.
