Terrible. I would not recommend this tour operator to anyone.
Rang the company a few days before departure just to check the booking - they didn't have it. Re-booked, but the driver didn't turn up. Rang the company and they couldn't even locate their own driver. They said they were sedning a cab in compensation, but he went to the wrong address. Good thing my flight ended up being delayed or I probably would've missed it.

Kennedy Space Centre was an amazing place(5 stars), BUT we were let down by a badly organised local tour company.
We paid for the Ultimate Space Pass but on arrival the tour guide didn't have any of the Ultimate tickets, only the stadard tour. So while everyone else got to go straight in, those of us with Ultimate passes had to wait 20mins on the bus for it to be sorted out.
The downside of the delay at the start was that our KSC tour was scheduled at the end of the day and that made us miss the Hall of Fame.
The tour company then tried leaving early and almost left a couple of guests behind who were quite visibly walking towards the bus.

Excellent! The local company was exceptional. Bob was our guide and he happily took us to the best photo spots and any others we requested. He also took us to some hard to reach spots with amazing views (for those who don't mind a bit of hiking).

The biggest problem with this tour is that there isn't enough time and the whole thing feels really rushed. If we had arrived on time and they forgoed the 20min picture stop of Lake Mead then there would've been more time at the Dam. Lake Mead cruise was okay.

Amazing view! Well worth it. You haven't experience the strip until you see it from the air at night. Only problem is that it's so short, but all the local companies run the flights for the same duration.
