My husband and I were very pleased with our Super City tour. We took the bus trip on our first day in New Orleansand were given a fabulous overview of the whole city along with fantastic historical references. I would recommend this as the BEST way to begin a holiday in New Orleans.

Great service with so many stops along the way. We went from one end to the other and checked out both outlet malls, as well as stopping at several great restaurants.

After arriving at the airport, our trip to our hotel was excellent. The driver was wonderful and gave us some great tips about restaurants in our area. The driver on our trip back to the airport was also very good. Our flight was slated to leave at 7:00 a.m, so we wanted to arrive at the airport at 5:00 a.m. We called in plenty of time to have someone pick us up and were told that our "ride" would arrive to pick us up at 3:00 a.m. The airport was only 10 miles from our hotel so I questioned the early departure time and was told it would take that much time to get to all the stops before heading to the airport. As it turned out, we were the only people picked up and arrived at the airport at 3:20 a.m. My husband and I were the only people at the airport with the cleaning staff and had to sit for over an hour and a half before we could even check in for our flight. Needless to say, we were not impressed. We had purchased rountrip transfers from Viator on a recent trip to New York and were happy with that service, but the extra early departure time to the Orlando airport was very disappointing.
