Shared Departure Transfer: Hotel to New York City Airports

Never again! These vans don't leave the airport till full. We circled back through the airport 4 times and sat on board waiting to collect 11 riders. Our 1 hour flight landed at 4pm and we did not reach our hotel till after 7pm. It took us over 3 hours for what should have been a 20 minute commute!
