Nice little town with hot springs that are supposed to cure lots of diseases. Interesting visit to crystal factory. Nice guide, trying really hard to be helpful, some problems with the car, made us spend twice as much time on the road than expected. Overall a pleasant day,

Great weather, even if cold, and some snow on the way. Guide very nice and helpful, city worth seeing, especially thinking of it's history, proof that life goes on no matter what. The Zwinger gallery and the Porcelain museum are definitely a must, but we loved best the atmosphere of Xmas markets.

I have no idea how much it would take to get a ticket right there, what I know is it took more than half an hour from the scheduled time to the beginning of the tour. And it was raining heavily. The guide was nice, however the tour was both in english and spanish (we asked for an english one), so everything takes twice as long as it should. Frankly if I will ever go there again - and I want to - I will take a tour with no guide.

Beautiful trip, plenty of things to see in Tarragona, Sitges is a lovely place and lunch was excellent, we also had a short extra visit to Roc de Gaieta, lovely small resort composed of villas with specific spanish architectural styles. Guide was nice, if you want to know more just ask him, he will gladly provide information on lots of subjects if he sees there is interest.

I find hop-on hop-off tours very useful if you visit a city for the first time, they provide a general understanding of the city and helps decide what you want to see and what you don't. I would suggest the 48 h ticket, since both east and west tours in one day are too much (a bit over 3 h each without stopping anywhere). It's much more fun to stop on the way and see some sites.

Definitely worth buying it. Museums in Barcelona are pretty expensive, you will save a lot with the pass.
