This was the highlight of our trip!! It was everything we expected. Great experience. The countryside was post card beautiful. Yes the sleigh has wheels as well as runners for early season travel,. That did not deter from the experience at all. The driver was great and very friendly.

Interesting but not what we expected. Many of the sights were simple drive by's. The tour guide was nice and very informative. I would recommend the tour but don't expect to walk through all of the places. Have a camera with a good zoom lens!!

The airport is small and easy to get through so no real advantage to having a meet and greet. They brought a small car that barely fit our luggage and no car seat for our infant son. I like having a transfer at airports that I have not been to before but this was really not needed.

This was a nice service but after utilizing the arrival meet and greet I don't really think it is worth it when leaving. The walk from the boat ramp to the departure hall is easy enough and it is no problem locating your ticket counter. It is a nice service though and worth it if you want someone along to make sure you get where you want to go. And to help with your luggage!

This is an absolute must. The tour was wonderful. We saw things that we would have never seen on our own. Our guide Barbara was fantastic. A life long Venetian,, she made the tour come alive with history and local flavor. I couldn't recommend this tour more. But wear good walking shoes!! The only warning I would give is if you have an infant, as we did, do not use a stroller or tram. We ended up carrying it more than pushing it up and down the stairs on all the bridges. A Baby Bjorn or similar type sling carrier is the only way to go.

I gave this a 4 star rating simply for the fact of skipping the long line to get in to St' Mark's. Other than that the guide spoke English but with the tinny sounding ear pieces and her thick Italian accent I only understood about half of what she was saying. I would recommend taking a guide book to read while on the tour to learn about the sights. But for the price it was well worth it.

Excellent tour. This was one of the highlights of our trip. We took it the first evening we were there and it is a great way to get introduced to the city. Our guide Ivanno was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and informative. A great way to see the city.

Very much worth the price. Our guide was waiting for us as planned and walked us to the boat landing and aboard a water taxi. She stayed with us all the way until we were at the reception desk of our hotel. Great way to arrive in a strange city, o hassles and no asking for directions. And it was like a mini tour on the trip to the hotel. She pointed out many sights and told us a lot of interesting details. Well worth the price for this service.
