This was a great way to get some history on Venice without the crowd and a lot of time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer everyone's questions.

Had a lot of fun with this class. Great way to learn some Italian cooking in the heart of Italy. The only thing I didn't like is that we didn't make every step of the recipes ourselves but, they balanced it well with the group.
