For the most part it was ok. However, Viator being expert in Tours and Travel, you MUST caution your customers that Statue of Liberty is CLOSED prior to they purchase the tickets.

Excellent tour, we had best time on top of Empire State Bldg and got to see the day time and night time since we timed the tour at dusk. TRULY it was Skip the line experience going up the building and coming down, we got VIP treatment, Thank you, we did not have to wait for 2 to 3 hours.

Excellent tours, we did "Free Style" and got to see at our pace. However, Viator hires Gray Line tours for this Hop-on Hop-off and the Brooklyn loop was a waste since the Gray Line tour narrator was very bad, egoistic and only talked about "he is from Brooklyn, this celebrity is from Brooklyn" etc. He did not show us the beauty of Brooklyn!!
