I purchases 5 tours from Viator for my recent vacation. This was the worst of them. The tour did not have any microphone or ear pieces which made it impossible to hear the tour guide, The guide herself did not seem as knowledgeable as other guides we had with our tours. I feel ripped off.

The tour was very good. The guide was knowledgeable. It seemed like we skipped things that other tours were covering.

Excellent tour. I really like how so many things were covered in a single tour, very good. The tour guide didn't interact much at the various sites. It seemed like the tour could be made evern better by the guide doint a quick tour of the sites with information then release the people to explore on their own. The current tour pretty much just drops you off at the sites to discover on your own so alot of information about the sites is unkown by the participants. I couldn't tell you much if anything about the leaning tower of Pisa outside that it leans and lots of tourists were there.

The best tour of all the tours we took. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. He was also able to control other groups that were not being considerate of our tour. Excellent!!
