They left 5 out of a total of 8 people stranded after a communication mishap, did not get to finish tour. Even without this happening rep was hard to understand and tour was rushed, not good.

Have did a lot of these type of tours but this one had a guide that expressed his dismay and commented "he would rather be at his normal job as a ski instructor" and his indifference showed. He was very distant and rushed us along the tour, seemed preoccupied and "bored".
