The pickup and transfer to our Princess Cruise ship went extremely well! The driver was very professional and knowledgeable. Pickup was right on time and despite a problem with an oil spill outside our hotel on a local street, the driver worked around the problem. Would highly recommend this service to anyone! We had several large bags and the driver handled the load with ease. Keep up the great service, Viator!

Outstanding tour! Just wish we had more time to explore the many other areas of the Vatican that this tour did not cover. This was not a fault of the tour, but our inability to return back to explore at a later time. We were the first group to enter the Vatican that morning and enjoyed some early time alone in several rooms with our guide. The tour guide, from Dark Rome Tours was outstanding, very knowledgeable, easy to understand and exciting to listen to. Would highly recommend this tour to all!!

Viator and Dark Rome Tours again was spectacular! To see the Colosseum and the Roman Forum up close and without the normal wait in lines was worth every penny. To be able to go into the underground chambers as well as the upper tier made this tour very special! Would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Excellent Tour! The Catacombs were extremely interesting and educational. Pictures were not allowed in the Chapel or below ground, so no pictures. The tour of the Bisillica de San Clemente was unbelievable with its many levels below ground, down to the original level of ancient Rome. Again, no pictures allowed. The Capuchin Crypt and Museum was a little too much, with over 4,000 monk skeletons used to decorate the underground crypts, but was very interesting. Highly recommend this tour if the bones won't scare you.

The tour was long, but excellent! After a social Aperitivo, we walked quite a distance from the Spanish Steps through town to Piazza Navona, past the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon to the Rivers edge where we boarded a bus. The bus ride took us to St. Peters Square at night. Beautiful indeed! The next stop was atop the Janiculum Hill overlooking the City at night for a spectacular view! Final stop was the Colosseum at night. The Tour was nothing short of unbelievable! A must in Rome!
