Thought provoking and insightful for myself and 13 year old daughter. The DVD that plays on the bus going to Auschwitz helps those that may only have limited info about what happened. My 13 year old handled the whole tour really well and is 'thirsty' for more knowlege about WW2 and the plight of the innocent people that lost their lives and those that survived but still lost their lives.... The guide was excellent, sensitive and full of knowlege... we went on the 3:15 tour which I believe would be better in terms of crowds ect... Jill and Laura Victoria Australia

Grayline tours excellent. THe guide was very knowlegable and good fun loved his jokes during the tour. Heidiland was excellent though there is a walk from the car park (about 1km) to the house and shop. The views though are exceptional. The bus was more modern than some other bus's on tours in Europe... Liechtensteing was OK... it is just a drop off in a main shopping eating area but was a welcome stop on a very very hot summer Swiss day. We had a great day!!

A very disappointing tour, though the guide was knowlegable it was hard to hear her on the bus. The bus had significant gear problems as well and I am amazed we made it up the hills to the gondola. Had a major hiccup with time syncing at one stop and whilst we managed to be back on the bus first for two stops earlier we got back 15 minutes later and not expecting the bus to be there. However, we were met with a very hostile guide and I was made to apologise to the bus before we went. I consequently made a formal complaint to the company. would I recommend this tour operator NO.

Fantastic day... Tom the tour guide and driver was excellent and good fun!! The trip was well organised, kept to time, (apart from the two that kept the bus waiting over and over) the whole day was well worth it.. Blarney Castle great lucky though we got to it before the bus tour that arrived after us... Shame Cork had a traffic diversion and we could not be dropped of at the English Market, I found being left just to the shopping district for two hours to long.. other than that can highly recommend the tour company and day
