The English speaking guide was excellent. It was wonderful to see MIchelangelo's "David" sculpture in person.

Bus driver made us get out in parking lot not up near the town of Siena, so we had to walk 20 minutes, mostly uphill, to get to Siena. Buses are allowed to get closer to Siena than that, and he could have dropped us off much closer. I suffer from lumbar stenosis and this was a problem to me. Bus driver also refused a request to close the window beside him so the air conditioning would be cooler, even though the temperatures that day were 39 degrees C. The tour guides were very good, but we were not happy with the bus service.
