The Mekong Delta discovery tour has been a great experience. Our guide, Huy Nguyen, was very knowledgeable. The tour took care of even the smallest detail, like giving us fresh coconut, to quench our thirst during the boat ride back to port.

The timing for the Cao Dai Temple was right. We were able to see the ceremony. Again, our guide, Huy Nguyen, was great.
The Cu Chi tunnel gave an insight into the determination and ingenuity of the Vietcong. It was guerilla warfare at its best.
The downside was the distance we had to travel.

I recommend that this tour be taken at the start of the Ho Chi Minh visit. Our tour gave us the orientation we needed to be able to explore more on our own.

Our pick up was on time despite the unholy hour of our arrival. Unfortunately, our pick up could not speak English. Like most first time tourists, we had plenty of questions but we had to wait for the tour proper to get our answer.
