Driver arrived at the hotel 15 mins late of the apponted time. Being on the wrong side of the street I had to make my own way across a busy road intersection to meet the vehicle.

Only the unpredictably foggy weather detracted from a 5-star rating.
An excellent guide and friendly passengers all willing to share their knowledge of the Bay's natural habitat with me, a first time visitor to SF
