Beautiful city on a beautiful day. Our driver/tour guide, Marcel, was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour and made our tour very enjoyable.

Our trip down the river was very scenic even though the weather was quite overcast. the narrator was very knowledgeable and gave a great overview on everything that happened on 9/11. Our stop at ground zero was very moving and a must see for people visiting New York.

Did see much of the city but on this day line ups to get on the bus at Grey Line were long and the weather was rainy. Our tour guide on the first day had difficulty with English and was very hard to understand.

Beautiful city and a great tour guide but a lot of hassle to start the tour. We spent over an hour driving around the downtown core picking up passengers then were dropped off near Gray Line and no one seemed to know where the bus was that we were to use. They finally got it straightened out but it was time consuming and very confusing.
