Excellent. We happened to be the only ones on this tour on the day and felt very spoilt. The wine appreciation tasting at the winery was superb, the sommelier made us feel very welcome even though we didnt have a wide knowledge of wine, he gave us some outstanding tips on combining wine with mouthfuls of cheese (dessert wine) or blackcurrent jam (with red). We bought both these combinations and sat on the Canal Grande that night with our cheese and dessert wine and watched the gondoliers float past. Perfect day

Venice by night tour was great. Really enjoyed it. The tour guide was lovely. The gondola ride was disappointing as we were the second couple in and were allocated the middle seats and had a very uncomfortable ride. Make sure you are the first couple in then you get the best seats at the back (looking forward)

Although it was an interesting way to get to venice from the airport they crammed too many people onto the boat and loaded it up with all our suitcases. Next time we would hire individual boat and pay the extra money. We did get dropped off right outside our hotel which was situated on the Canal so we didnt have to drag our cases up and down stairs though.

Tour guide was excellent, his knowledge of Paris was fantastic and the quirky offbeat things he told us during the tour were great. Highly recommend this tour. The highlight of my trip was watching the lights come on a sunset. Lovely
