Even in the cold, driving rain, we enjoyed the trip. Small groups are the best - on and off the van quickly, and everyone's comfortable. Pete did a nice job of driving and guiding, even with the weather. He accomodated a special request, and kept it interesting. Even if it's sunny in Edinburgh, be prepared for wind and rain.

Nice combination of sights and free time. John was a great guide, with lots of knowledge, and lots of laughs. We enjoyed seeing Fife and St. Andrews, since it was so different from the Highlands.

Shelby was a hoot! It's a long trip, but she kept us entertained the whole time. The scenery is gorgeous, and the stops provided enough time for photos and restroom breaks.

The bus was a great way to get around the city, since sights were not concentrated in one area. Everything we wanted to see was covered. The upper rain roof was useful, and buses were frequent. The service was better than that provided by Hop-On-Hop-Off buses in other cities we have previously visited.
