Phil is the best tour guide in London. Researched his subject well, listened to his grandparents and took note - his presentation was excellent. The only tour we did that we feel was the best value for money and time spent. Phil interacted so well with the people on this special bus on the day and kept us interested the whole time. Interesting. Michael obviously enjoys doing this tour but needs to keep his own music preferences out of his presentation to the degree he does. It was good going around London on a smaller bus - saw more.

The tour guide on this tour (Lesley) was the worst we have had for all the tours we booked with Viator. Not friendly and loved the sound of her own voice for too long when we wanted to get on and see the sites. Nice to have some history but on this tour it is a lot about looking at the sites. Thank goodness she wasn't on the River Cruise. Not good value for money this tour. It would have helped if the tour office knew what bus we had to get on as they gave out wrong information when we had trouble getting to the bus on time because of demonstrations nearby.

Lovely to be in this city but not a good time of year for sightseeing. Maxine, Australian tour guide, excellent but annoying to find we could have paid less by booking the tour once we were in Munich. Plenty of room on the tour in October and the lesser price would have been better value for money as we just walked around the main centre for over 3 hours on our own. Only 90 minutes with the tour guide, except on the public trains and buses.

Bus tour better than using public transport except for not a lot of room for older people. Guide, Briget, good. Bus driver excellent with his maneuvering of such a large vehicle on small roads! Enjoyed this busy tour.

Steve Whitehorn, English guide, the best tour guide we had overall. Knew his war history and made sure we saw 'everything'. Steve was so knowledgable and was happy to engage in conversation with us. Good value for money - although cheaper to buy tickets on the day after September.

Not good value for the money paid. Tour guide Jason late to start the day and was not as friendly as the other tour guides we had. Best to see Nuremberg without booking a tour. We didn't get back to see places we wanted to see.
