Based on the previous reviews, I would say the service received is subjective to the driver/guide you get. Our driver was Andree, and he was WONDERFUL, excellent driver in a snow storm, very knowledgable and I didn't find his jokes lame at all (and I hate lame jokes). Quebec guide Roger also fabbo

Tour guide/driver was excellent, bus comfortable and the sites fantastic. Recommend to do on your first night in vegas to get a feel of the place and learn some facts not everyone will know!

Signage from terminal to shuttle not clear, as they are not with the rest of the group pickup companies. Ride was good enough, expected it to take an hour or so to get to Anaheim from LAX. Extremely good price as a taxi would have been 5x more.
