The checking in process for helicopter ride could be be improved, was a bit chaotic and took too long as result we didn’t have enough time to see all the sights - missed out on the ranch visit. Grand Canyon was amazing, tour guide Thomas was great.

Muir Woods was great, Napa tour not so great - wouldn’t do again. Tour guide was not the best .. wouldn’t recommend this one.

Great, highly recommend this for time poor tourists -- saw all major city sights in the one day. Open top bus a little chilly though, so not very comfortable.
