Did this trip last week with husband, daughter and her boyfriend. Exceptionally well organised and our guide, Shane, made the trip by being very friendly, informative and funny. Collected at pickup point at 9.30am, and then went onto collect 3 more people, and then met the rest of the convey, and drove up into the hills. Very bumpy but fantastic scenery and good fun. Stopped Gualest, a small village in the mountains, which enough time for a quick look round a few small shops and have a beer, then another hours ride until lunch at a small restaurant with a very welcoming swimming pool. Nice lunch of chicken, chips and salad and fruit. Afternoon off to the Algar waterfalls, where we had about 45 mins for a very cold and refreshing dip. Back to pickup point just before 6pm.

Would highly recommend this trip to anyone of any age.

Rather disorganised to start with. Firstly told to come back an hour later when there would be a guide available, but then told that there was actually a guide there. There was only 4 of our on this tour, which was basically a 2 1/2 hr walk around Amsterdam with very little food tasting. Only stopped 3 times - first for meatballs which our guide advised were only 23% meat (!), then an Indonesian takeaway and finally a place where they sell a liquer which tasted a cross between brandy and whiskey. A bit of a waste of time with loads of walking.

A lovely place to spend an hour or two. Fields and fields of tulips and a lovely park to walk round. An hour is really enough and as soon as a return coach was full it left early for its journey back to Amsterdam.

A good tour to see all things that Holland is well known for - cheese, clogs and windmills, plus The Hauge and a park with a miniature village. Good value but quite a tiring day.

This tour obviously depends on your guide. Our's was half asleep due to the fact he had worked all night and then been to college for a couple of hours. He was reasonably informative but a lot of walking involved, and then spend about half an hour in a coffee shop. Wouldn't recommend this tour.

A nice way to spend an hour seeing Amsterdam by canal.

Well worth doing on your first day in Amsterdam to get your bearings on the city. There was only two of us on this tour and our guide Terry was quite entertaining and informative.
