Probably one of the worst Hop On Hop Off Tours. The commentary was boring and the timing was always off. The Audio wasn't very clear either. We have used Hop On Off all over the world and have enjoyed them and found it a good way to start getting to know a new city. Also most run for 48hours from start of use. Madrid has 2 days flat. So when we got on thinking it was still valid the bus driver pulled up at the curb and told us to get off. We only wanted to go 2 stops! Good customer service would have been "sorry you pass has run out so once you get off you won't be able to use again" The bus was empty ! I would have told people how nice and accommodating they were whereas we were very annoyed to be asked to leave the bus when we only had used it for 1.5 days.

We had a lovely day out and the driver and host were very friendly and informative. It felt a bit rushed at Monstserrat, could have done with an extra hour because it doesnt allow you to do much.
Also it would have been nice if the host would have sat up the front of the bus so we could hear what he was saying rather than sitting in the middle of the bus just talking to a select few.

We had the most enjoyable time and Nico was lots of fun and had lots of knowledge to share with us. Highly recommend. Good way to start your holiday in Barcelona
