When visiting Iceland, there are many “must do” activities: explore Þingvellir National Park, hike a glacier, catch the Northern Lights, marvel at the waterfalls, learn to pronounce the names of the volcanoes (Eyjafjallajökull, anyone?)…the list goes on.
