My Review
This class was a highlight of our Italy trip. The Market stop was very informative, the class itself was great (even though we had a full complement of 25) and the staff was wonderfully helpful and entertaining. Giovanni was patient and funny along with being very knowledgeable. The meal we prepared was outstanding (Tiramisu, ravioli and meat-sauce pasta). Bring very comfortable shoes, you will be standing for hours. We loved this class and recommend it very highly.
