Very smooth! The Margana office is opposite the customs control exit, so very easy to fine. The office and transport people were all very helpful and efficient.

This was a brilliant day. The Amalfi Coast is quite beautiful (though perpendicular!) and our guide Marcello was very helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful. Pompeii was fascinating and the local guide a fund of information. Definitely worth doing; it's a long day, though, so be prepared.

We did not get to use this much, as the friend with whom I was travelling was unwell for most to the time we had the ticket. It was informative and convenient enough, though the length of time we stopped at each drop-off point was such that - if you're wanting to travel a few stops before disembarking - the journey does take an inordinate amount of time.

The pick-up was on time (just) and the journey was fine. There was a bit of a delay at the end, though, when the driver could not find the drop-off details for one of the passengers. In fairness to the driver, as the passenger spoke neither Italian nor English,he had a bit of a job on his hands; but we were kept waiting for our luggage while he sorted her out
