The play is absolutely incredible. The sound and stage effects are awesome! The theatre is a newer one with plenty of room between the seats and rows. I was disappointed in the seats that I got through Viator as they were in the 25th row on the main floor. Tickets I have purchased in the past through Viator have been much closer to the stage. I'm not sure if these are the seats normally given to Viator or if it was because I ordered them only a week and a half prior to the date of the performance.

The Cinque Terre is a very beautiful area and we were able to see 4 of the 5 villages. The boat was not running due to rough waters, so we were provided a train ticket instead. Our driver was pleasant and professional, but the weather was very hot and he didn't keep the air conditioning on in the van the entire time. We were all very uncomfortable during the ride. I read reviews from others who raved about their guide. We didn't have the same guide and our tour was mostly on our own. The guide was with us during the Lover's Walk, but after that, he only drove us between the villages. I was expecting more information about each of the villages and recommendations of where to go in each location. Our party was 4 of the 6 people who were on our tour. I didn't think this was a good value for the price we paid. I expected to get more of a private and personal tour - not just a means of transportation.

Great lead singers. Fabulous orchestra and special effects! Seats were very good - on the floor 8th row, but would have been better if they were in the center. Have gotten seats in the center through Viator for different shows.

Great show and fabulous seats in orchestra section center 11 rows from the stage. Couldn't have picked better seats in the house! Will call was easy and efficient. Highly recommend booking tickets through Viator.
