Very interesting tour. Kept us entertained, including our two kids. Dealt well with an accident with an elderly lady on our tour. Boat trip a bit pointless, but gives everyone a chance to sit down and have some lunch. Lunch was $10, and you get a wrap, chips, biscuit and soft drink. Our tour guide was Chris, and he kept everyone's energy up all day. Great way to see major central city sights with some information about them too.

Very good. There was a mix up with the times, as I had changed it from 0815 to 0745, but this was not recorded on their system. The driver was on time for 0815. A very easy way to get to the airport after a long holiday. We were also staying at a private apartment and there was no problem picking us up from there, although we were waiting on the path. We would use it again and recommend it.

We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, aged 9 and 7. The kids were a bit bored, so it might be possible for them to do something more actively for children. The bus was a bit dirty, as were the seatbelts, but all the belts and sound outlets worked. I thought it perhaps could have had a more extensive route ie you only see Notre Dame from a distance and you don't see some other famous sites at all. These types of tours are good for orienting you to a new city quickly and generally. We purchased the 2 day tour, but would not do this again. On all our similar tours, we only rode the buses once.

There wasn't much of a line when we visited, but having seen lines at other attractions, we thought it was worth it. Not sure how much this added to the cost - might change my mind if I knew! Next time I would check with the venue to see if it was possible to buy tickets directly from them.

A very interesting tour, with a special program for children, although this did not entertain our children for long (9 and 7). The bus was dirty and not all the sound outlets worked, which was irritating as it meant our family of 4 had to sit scattered around the bus, making conversation difficult. There were extensive routes available through the same company, but with only 1 day to ride the bus, we only were able to complete one route. Interesting commentary via recording on the route we took.

Highly recommend this tour. We took our 2 kids aged 9 and 7, who were free, so it was also very cost effective and a tremendous day out. As all the places visited were reasonably close to each other, there was only a short bus ride, then it was out of the bus for a tour and some time to yourself to walk around. The guides were knowledgable, the food was good and you get to see a lot quickly, but at a relaxed rate. Although it was a long day, we all coped well. One of the best tours we did!

A fantastic tour, with a very knowledgable and friendly guide. She was great with our kids (9 and 7), who remained interested for most of the 3 hours (they occassionally zoned out, but so did I). It would be meaningless just about to visit the site without a guide explaining it all to you. Although it was skip the line, we still were in line for a while with the group. The line for tickets however was so long, I think without this tour, I would have given up! We got a bit confused about the directions of where the tour starts - it is directly above the Metro station opposite the Colosseum. We had a great time, and are in awe at the knowledge and skills of the Roman Empire.

A good way to orient yourself to the city and see most of the main sites quickly, and then work out which ones we wanted to visit. Although we had a 2 day pass, we only used it once, as we were too busy looking at other things. Take a hat for the sun, and plenty of water. The bus was a bit dirty, and not all the sound outlets worked which was disappointing. We joined the tour at the central train station, and it was little difficult to find coming out of the metro. We are really enjoyed it, and it was so exciting to be in Rome.
