It was fantastic! The tour guide was really good. Sit on the right hand side of the bus to see most of the sights. We will do it again next time in NY

Pick up was great, nice driver HOWEVER the return pick up at 4.20am, i was downstairs at 4.15am, we called at 4.40am to be told we weren't there and the driver had pick up 4 people and left? We double checked with with concierge, reception and the cab driver to be told we were waiting in the right place. I think the driver was a no show and we had to jump in a cab costing us $15.

The wrong date was booked for a month earlier that when we arrived. We contacted Viator and made contact with the helicopter company directly. We were told to call when we arrived in Las Vegas, which we did. We were very lucky that my husband was able to do this trip - and he LOVED it. I did another trip that involved doing the skywalk, which was FANTASTIC. I would recommend this trip to everyone. If you think you get a similar trip cheaper - don't bother - you will not get your moneys worth - i would only go on a trip with this helicopter company. If you go to Vegas and don't do a helicopter trip and see the canyon - you are really missing out. If you do a trip that lands in the canyon take some insect repellent- my husband got bitten numerous times and was itchy for the next week!
