EXCELLENT! the hotel (Sultanhamet) was fabulous...great location, terrific view from the rooftop dining room. We loved Istanbul and found the Turkish people everywhere to be friendly, kind and very helpful, especially at the hotel. We will return!

Ibrahim phoned the evening before to confirm the pick up time. He was there exactly on time and ensured that we were safely inside the airport and at the check in counter before he left us. I am very impressed

I must say that I did have a little apprehension whether or not the transfer would be as promised. No need at all! A charming fellow named Ibrahim was holding a sign with our name on it. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient. The drive into Cairo was made the more pleasant with him pointing out sights and generally chatting about Egypt. I enthusastically endose Viatour....and of course Ibrahim.
