The tour was "ok", but we went to the museums that everybody else went to, so they were incredibly crowded (Sistine Chapel was ridiculously crowded) and it was hard to get close to what the tour guide was talking about. It was more the fact that the Vatican lets in WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE at one time.

The experience of walking around Venice through back streets/alleys at night was very intriguing. Our guide told us lots of neat stories (not just ghost stories - historical information, too). She chatted a bit too much, so we missed a couple of places! But we just went and saw them on our own.

Seeing the glass-making company on Murano was really interesting and Burano was so beautiful with its brightly painted buildings. Torcello was quaint and quiet and although we thought 45 minutes per island would be too short to see enough, it actually turned out to be perfect timing.

This was a good tour despite the fact that it poured rain for half of it! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about what she was telling us and remained very upbeat through the downpour! She took us to some very interesting places and we really enjoyed the visit into St. Mark's Basilica.

Capri was a beautiful place to visit and is really a "must-see". We paid extra to take the "Blue Grotto" tour - well worth it - the blue water in the cave was spectacular! Lunch was average, but we also paid to take the chair-lift up the mountain, which was also spectacular! The view was amazing!

Our tour guide, Francesca, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and told us some interesting stories as well as important historical information. We upgraded our tour to visit the main level, where the animals and gladiators were kept, and it really enhanced the visit.
