Cinque Terre Day Trip from Milan

My Review: Overall very good, but as a previous visitor, I was disappointed that we didn't actually visit Vernazza, my favorite (and most picturesque) town. We were on a very busy boat, so pictures were difficult – board early and sit on the right side. The tour was well organized, and the guide was excellent.

My Review: Overall it was very good, but be prepared for a very cool boat ride from Como to Bellagio, The time in Bellagio – lunch and shopping was excellent. The tour was well organized, and the guide was excellent.

Swiss Alps Bernina Express Rail Tour from Milan

My Review: The bus ride was pleasant, and the train ride on the Bernina Express was almost like a dream. The passengers shifted from the right to the left of the train to take photos of the magnificent views. The windows in the train lowered, and no one minded the cool. Lunch in a the Northern Italy village was excellent, and cappuccino in St. Moritz was divine. Shopping in St. Moritz was too upscale for us. The tour was well organized, and the guide was excellent.

Milan Half-Day Sightseeing Tour with da Vinci's 'The Last Supper'

My Review: This was a good way to begin to get oriented to Milan. Da Vinci’s Last Supper is hard to reserve, so this tour is important. The local tour company, also operates the on/off bus – the best way to get really oriented to Milan. The tour was well organized, and the guide was excellent. Catch the train to the Cairoli Station, and you are at the tour departure point. When in Milan, forget the 85 Euro ride to and from the Malpensa Airport. Use the Cordorna Express for 11 Euros to and from the Cordona Station, or the bus for 7.5 euros to and from the Central Station. Ciao!
