The tour of the Villa and Tivoli was great and I would give that 5 stars. There was some confusion as people gathered at Greenline to go on many different tours in Rome. Some Greenline employees were rude and/or indifferent to some customers. Our hotel pickup went fine but were informed after the tour that we could not be taken back to our hotel. I was not aware of this. The bus driver and guide (Augusto and Catherine) did an excellent job of making sure we got within walking distance to our hotel. All in all a good job with some confusion but it all worked out in the end. D

Everything went exactly as planned. Our driver met us at the Naples airport with a sign with our name and took us straightaway to our hotel. Great job.
