The trip was with other 30+ people on the coach and around 120 on the cruise.The guide was not good we did not find out much about the places visited.All she was interested in was to get us to the boat so that she didn't have to do anything else.

The trip itself was fantastic.We had problems regarding collection from the hotel.We had reconfirmed and sent hotel details.We waited at the time requested but noone came to collect us.Fortunately we rang them and were collected from another hotel.They should have informed us that they couldn't collect us from our hotel.Surely they must have known where our hotel was 5 minutes from the cathedral so it was central.Maybe there should be a way of informing clients to say that they will be picked up.The trip was just wonderful and we will be going back

perfect trip but the commentary was difficult to follow as the background music so so loud.WWe enjoyed our day.

Very good tour with clear commentary in English. Easy to find stops.
