Disorganized, no recommendations on what to see or collateral materials to give us an idea of the various areas of the museum and what they held. We paid more than double the regular price to 'skip the lines' but that was the ONLY advantage. I can not recommend this particular tour.

Excellent, both guides were extremely well versed, friendly all and all wonderful tours. Our Uffizi guide, an expat from NY, gave a mini master class in art history with a most entertaining style as we toured specially selected pieces in the mass collections. I can not say enough about these tours, but it is a lot to do and makes for a very full day. Wear your most comfortable shoes and ENJOY.

I had been on tour before but went with the rest of my travel companions. My only complaint is that the guide on the boat talked non-stop as she was required to speak in 4 languages and the sound system was very poor. I left with quite a headache. Maybe a bit less conversation and a piece of collateral material in all the needed languages would be a better solution.
