Very good tour. This place is CROWDED due to its popularity, so don't go expecting a nice, quiet, personal tour. I thought our Viator guide did a very good job navigating through the crowds and knowing some tricks to see some of the sights in between the crowded rooms. Going with Viator was also one of the methods to get access since tickets are limited each day.
