Getting the shuttle did not go as planned. Due to a missed plane connection we arrived late. Dificult finding your office, when found empty and note with phone# was posted on window, however it was within hours posted as open. We were lucky to see your van which we flagged down and that Driver helped get us to our location. He was wonderful.
