This is a good service, you need to telephone the shuttle service the day before you depart to book your pick up time.
The shuttle driver asked which airline we were flying with and dropped us off right outside the terminal entrance door nearest the airline checkin desk.
Well worth booking.

Very good way to see many of the sites around New York for a first time visitor. The one hour cruise around the harbour was very good, as was the visit to the "Top of the Rock" The "Grayline" coach was very comfortable and the driver was good especially seeing he had to continually divert around traffic and closed roads because of the 9/11 anniversary security.
It was a shame that the tour guide was a Croatian with a strong accent, this posed a problem occasionally trying to listen to information over the coach PA system.

Worth booking the tickets in advance, we only waited about 10 mins in the security queue, after that with the express tickets we were able to skip all the queues. This is especially useful when you are trying to get to the ground floor.

Audio device was worth the extra fees as it tells you exactly what you are looking at when you are on the observation deck.

This is an excellent tour run by "On Board Tours" Elvis the driver and George the tour guide are really good very informative and very humourous.
The boat cruise was brillient you see Manhatten lit up along with the Statue of Liberty. The "Freedom" tour was also lit in Red White and Blue.
The stop at Grand Central Terminus was also very good,

Well worth the money for the door to door service, but be prepaired to wait at the airport up to 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive.
If this is not acceptable then you need to book a private car, or take a taxi and pay the extra costs.
