really enjoyed this - guide Jim was excellent as so knowledgeable and enthusiastic .

good way to get a general look around the city and staff are very helpful and easy to find. found it quite a slow way to travel so not ideal if mainly using just to get to different places i.e. quicker probably just to walk in some cases or use the metro .

excellent day trip. Guide [Naomi ] was very good - kind, careful not to lose anyone and very informative . Felt able to get a very good overall of the city and its history and see most of the main sites without feeling rushed.

tour enjoyable and did what was advertised but really missed having a live guide. Was hoping to see the New Palace but is closed for renovations unfortunately.

excellent tour and guide Ryan was very good. Camp particularly interesting as was used by Russians and then East German government as well as the Nazis.

did this tour on recommendation of friends and was a bit doubtful that would enjoy it but loved it - excellent guide who provided great account of colorful history.

excellent tour. superb visit to Vatican museum,Sistine chapel and St Peter’s in morning and then travelled by coach to see the other 3 churches in the afternoon. Meeting point easy to find and all very well organized. Only issue was that did not get to see the Holy Steps at St. John Lateran - a bit disappointed as was an advertised highlight and one of the major reasons for choosing this tour. Was advised that would take too long but the chapel is just across the road from the church and it really only takes a few minutes to see them .Fortunately had time to return by myself the following day.

excellent trip. Guide was wonderful . Would definitely recommend a tour rather than trying to book ticket and find own way around the gallery.

excellent introduction to Milan. did not actually go into the cathedral [ as Sunday] or La Scala but there was time afterwards to go back and do these things and guide provided good knowledge base. Lovely to see the Last Supper which requires a booking and the visit definitely enhanced by the commentary from the guide.

very interesting tour. Unfortunately spent ages getting to catacombs in heavy traffic and then huge number of tourists at site so long waits - meant St. Clements [which is fascinating] was a bit rushed and I had to leave before seeing the capuchin crypt as already close to 6pm. However was still definitely worth doing

very pleasant day - beautiful drive through Bavaria and then boat trip to 2 islands. I particularly enjoyed the tiny little island with the Benedictine convent as so peaceful. The larger island with the monastery and royal palace also very interesting.

The guide [Robert] was outstanding. Extremely well informed and passionate about his subject. I felt I gained an understanding of the use of state terror that would not have been possible if I had done the trip by myself. Very highly recommended.

great chance to get out into the countryside which is so peaceful compared to Bangkok. Elephant ride probably the highlight [ altho slightly terrifying]

well worth doing to see this aspect of Thai life - some of the boats [including mine] somewhat fragile but noone seemed to actually end up in the water.

really excellent trip for anyone interested in this sad time. Definitely my favorite tour in Bangkok. Tour included visit to war cemetery near the bridge [very moving]. Local train surprisingly comfortable for 3rd class and lovely trip through the peaceful Thai countryside
