Told we were being picked up at 5 am. Eventually got picked up in an un marked bus at around 5.35, then dropped at another bus and told to wait. Got to the airport around 7 for our flight to the big island only to be met by another unmarked bus! We could have done the tour in half the time as it appeared the driver was killing time taking us to un interesting attractions.
When we arrived back on Oahu, we were met by another unmarked bus. When we asked the attendant if this was the correct bus he made some smart arsed comment that indicated he thought we were morons.
As far as the volcano goes, it would have been nice to get a bit closer.
