We booked this tour following a Viator tour of the countryside around Nice which was excellent. We were picked up around 7AM outside the Hotel and arrived at the office minutes later to book in. We then hung around the closed bus for about 40 minutes or so until the requisite numbers had gathered before being allowed to board. The trip to Quebec was enjoyable although it wasn't always easy to understand the driver whose English was strongly accented. The guide at Quebec was entertains although his history was of the "Braveheart" variety and pretty chauvinistic. Nevertheless he was passionate about Quebec and the bus tour around the town was very educational. The trip out to the falls of Montmerency seemed an irrelevance and more time could therefore have been allocated to viewing the walled town. Service in the "recommended" hotel was frustratingly slow. The bus trip back to Montreal was well planned and the driver did well to drop people off at their hotels.
The minibus arrived OK but there was a problem with a party of 3 who had confirmed as 2 which meant that, as the trip was fully booked, someone would have to forego the pleasure. This matter took a fair while to rtesolve but the driver/guide (Tom) handled it well. The Tour then progressed and was very good. It would have been better if we could have had longer at St Paul de Vence. Lunch at Gourdon was excellent. The driver/guide provided interesting and amusing comments and was very acommodating with requests from members of the group. Definitely a great introduction to Provence.
