Our tour guide Adam was superb.  Full of so much information and made it so exciting.  He definitely had done his homework and was so into the whole experience.  We met him the next day and did a walk up tour of Munich city proper.  Wish I could have taken him throughout our entire European trip.

Only four stars because could have been a little longer to fully enjoy the beautiful castle and adjacent grounds. Guide was excellent..More time is definitely needed.

Guide was great but we felt like the bus was going way too fast for us to see anything.  We were past the sites before we could see them  Sad that you spend all the time and money to go to Europe and are rushed through everything you want to see.. Will do trips on our own if and when we go back.

Was disappointed that guide did not join us in Sistine and St. Peter's, but have since learned that your guides are not licensed to do so.  Would have been more personal if guide could have explained the cathedral. Think it should be stated that guides do not accompany clients into these areas. Most of the time was spent in museum and that became a little too lengthy for our group.

David tour was phenomenal, but our tour guide in Uffizi was way too wordy in his descriptions of the frescoes.  Tour was to last 3 hours and he was still talking after 3 hours and 45 minutes.  We finally departed from the tour. Museum itself was amazing.
