A really good experience. The driver was right on time, and took us to the airport. He didn't speak too much English but was very friendly and helped us with our luggage. A great experience and anytime I travel I will get a departure transfer because it is incredibly convenient.

Excellent tour!! Our tour guide Rachel was amazing. She was so knowledgeable about everything and really, really entertaining. Not a boring moment on this tour. My only complaint would be that I wish it was longer as there is just so much to see in the Vatican. There is a lot of walking on this tour, so make sure you bring your walking shoes. Excellent tour that I would recommend to everybody.

Very, very convenient. Every time I fly into a new country I will get a private arrival transfer. The driver met us right at our gate with my name on a board and just took us to our hotel with ease. What I love about arrival transfers is that you get to drive into the city and see everything.

Great service. My only complaint was that its hard to find where to go and wait for the actual shuttle. the Airport information people were very unhelpful in this, and basically told us the wrong answers to all our questions. A man who worked for another shuttle service saw us looking lost and was kind enough to give us the right information on where to wait for the shuttle. Bring an international cell phone with you, because you will have to call when you arrive, which is the only downside to a shuttle vs. a private transfer.

Excellent day trip. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. I had a very good time at Giverney with plenty of free time. The restaurant was in a beautiful setting, but because I was a vegetarian, they served me nothing but lettuce, which was a huge disappointment. The Versailles trip spent too much time in the palace, in my opinion, and there was not enough free time in the gardens to enjoy. But overall, it was a great tour and I am happy I took it.
