Shared Arrival Transfer: New York Airports to Hotel

Go Shuttle were great. Unfortunately, although we booked through Viator we were unable to print our voucher. This meant that we had to pay the driver (i.e. we paid twice). Nevertheless, we have no hesitation in recommending Go Shuttle. We also used them for our trip to JFK on leaving New York. Both drivers were professional and efficient in providing our transfers.

The first bus had no audio working, that was OK because we weren't going very far. The second bus also had no audio. Were we just unlucky?
